A Special Place
Show and tell about places in nature that were, or are, important to you. Big majestic places, or everyday places.

Who: Joe
Where: Cranberry Wilderness Area

Why: The Cranberry Wilderness Area is in Pocahontas county, West Virginia. My dad started taking me and my brother trout fishing on the Cranberry River 20 years ago. We have been going back fishing and exploring every year. It is the most relaxing and most beautifull area around. It is home to several bogs that resemble arctic bogs of the north. It is also home to insect eating plants and other rare species not found anywhere else. It is a magical place of beauty and solitude.
